Week of 5/11
ORDERS
- We are loading up the stores and we will continue to feel very full and congested as we are in peak season!

PERENNIALS
- All products should be on tables as we are coming out of the cold season. Again, the Cold North stores, please use your best judgment, but it should be safe.
- Many of you found that the ground cover SKUs are not in the app when scanned. Just cull them anyway when needed. This was a grower mistake; our grower put the wrong labels on them.
- As we are filling up space in the garden centers, please utilize the shrub areas for perennials where needed! You can really create a good amount of space in some areas by condensing the shrubs down.
TREES AND SHRUBS
- Most of the replenishment shrubs were delivered a week late, last week.
- I know we had a lot going on last week so we couldn’t focus on them as much. So please as you make your rounds, continue to initiate the merchandising of the shrubs.
- The stores are supposed to put them out but if you and your team would like the hours go ahead and help!

- The next ad starts Wednesday 5/13 and runs for 2 weeks to 5/26

SAWYER APP
There was a big update on Friday as most of you are aware. We are finding that they should update the app, maybe even delete and reupload (I’m sorry its very frustrating) and try to log in a couple of times.
I’m also getting a lot of people saying that the scan button is gone. It is not gone it just looks different. (circled in red below)

- Please note: you will not see any ETA truck info until the order has LEFT the nursery
- If you know you have trucks out on the road with no visible ETA please send your Field Coordinator a screenshot so we can look into it asap.
