  1. Meijer Garden Center Buyer- Determines products mixes & retails
  2. Market Director- Oversees multiple stores in an area
  3. Store Director- Oversees one store
  4. GM Lines Leader/Team Leader- Oversees multiple departments
  5. Team Members- In the garden center helping customers check out

When you meet the Meijer team for the first time:                                                                                                       

  1. Ask any Meijer employee for Garden Center Team Leader or GM Lines Leader
  2. Introduce yourself and that you will be merchandising the Sawyer Nursery & Parkhill products
  3. You can exchange contact information (if comfortable)

Meijer Team Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure garden center is ready for season
  2. Protect our product from cold damage
  3. Water as needed
  4. Gates/Registers open during posted hours
  5. Scan items individually at register
  6. Provide regular and sale priced item signs
  7. Off load Sawyer/Parkhill racks from truck
  8. Responsible for merchandising Parkhill products from truck into designated sales area
