Racks

All Sawyer Nursery product will be shipped in on CC racks. We rent these racks daily so it is important to unload product in a timely manner so we can send the empty racks back to the Nursery for reuse

Empty Rack Process

  1. Unload the product
  2. Clean off all trash and plant material
  3. Stack 3 and 6 pack reusable trays
  4. Push racks to the designated empty rack holding area per Meijer
  5. Enter the empty rack count in VIM (inventory system)

Place all other empty trays on Meijer Recycling rack that is provided by the Annual company | Placement of this rack varies by store

Shipment just came in, fresh off the truck!
Empty racks rolled to the back for pick up!
Shrink wrap any 3 & 6 pack empty tray racks!

Entering Rack Counts into VIM

Every store visit please enter the following 3 rack counts:

  1. Full Rack Count– Racks being used to hold or display product
  2. Empty Rack Count- Racks in empty holding area waiting for pick up
